1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the hao78 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. hao78 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Player is found to be under 21.

Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. hao78 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability or court order that restricts your ability to contract.
4. Single Account: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered hao78 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of hao78 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment service providers.
6. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have previously self-excluded from hao78 or any affiliated platform and be within an active self-exclusion period. Attempting to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

1. Registration Process: To use hao78's real-money gaming and betting services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. 2. Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hao78 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, Passport, or SIM), a document confirming your residential address, and, where required, documentation confirming the source of your deposited funds. hao78 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle.
5. Account Suspension Pending Verification: hao78 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals or limit account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This is a standard platform security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
6. No Transfer of Account: Your hao78 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1. All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by hao78 and available in your account dashboard at the time of deposit. Approved methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
2. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits may apply subject to your account verification status and the selected payment method.
3. hao78 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
4. hao78 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which hao78 bears no responsibility.
5. Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only. hao78 does not pay interest on player balances.

4.2 Withdrawals

1. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. hao78 will not process a withdrawal from an account that has not completed the KYC process.
4. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days for bank transfers and same-day for verified e-wallet withdrawals, subject to the volume of requests and any additional security checks required.
5. hao78 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1. General: hao78 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date of the bonus will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them.
3. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. 4. Bonus Abuse: hao78 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts, exploiting wagering-free games to generate withdrawable funds from bonus balances, structured low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any form of collusion. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the player's balance prior to withdrawal processing.
6. hao78's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions: hao78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use credited bonus funds, hao78 will consider appropriate remedial action on a case-by-case basis.

6 Gameplay Rules

1. Game Rules: Each game available on the hao78 platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the outcome recorded in hao78's server logs shall be the definitive record.
2. Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including but not limited to server errors, disconnection mid-game, or display anomalies — hao78 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. hao78 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical malfunction.
3. Prohibited Gameplay Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hao78 platform and will result in immediate account suspension: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; chip dumping or collusion with other players; placing bets using funds obtained through fraudulent means; and any other conduct that hao78 reasonably determines to be unfair, exploitative, or in breach of the spirit of fair play.
4. Sportsbook Betting: All sports bets placed on the hao78 sportsbook are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. hao78 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Maximum payout limits may apply to individual events and will be communicated in the sportsbook interface.
5. Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer. No claim for a void or re-bet will be accepted after the round has formally concluded. In the event of a live stream interruption, the round result as recorded by the live dealer studio operator shall govern.

8 Intellectual Property

1. All content on the hao78 platform — including but not limited to the hao78 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of hao78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hao78 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. 9 Limitation of Liability

10 Termination & Account Closure

1. Closure by Player: You may close your hao78 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
2. Suspension or Closure by hao78: hao78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hao78 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the Player has provided false registration information; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; or continued operation of the account would expose hao78 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

4. Survival of Obligations: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive the termination of these Terms and the closure of your hao78 account.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
